How do you test for purity?
Every batch is independently analysed by a US-based third-party laboratory using High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) and confirmed via Mass Spectrometry (ESI-MS). Batch-specific reports are available on request.
How should I store my order when it arrives?
Lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder peptides should be stored at −20°C in a dedicated research freezer. Keep vials sealed, away from light, and protected from moisture.
How is my order dispatched?
All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail Special Delivery — next-day, fully tracked, and signed for. Outer packaging is plain and unbranded for security, with no product details shown externally.
